Jerome Jarre was co-founder of GrapeStory and featured in Zoolander 2
The nation’s top digital talent agency GrapeStory was founded by Jerome Jarre and Gary Vaynerchuck, which manages several high-profile social media stars. We were contacted by the General Manager of GrapeStory which is now a sister company to VaynerMedia (which is owned by entrepreneurial genius and New York Times Bestselling author, Gary Vaynerchuck). Currently GrapeStory has a temporary page which allows people to contact the agency with conditional logic integrated into a dynamic form. Working with GrapeStory has really opened our eyes to the power of social media influencers. The reach of these popular influencers such as Shonduras on Snapchat, or Jerome Jarre on Vine is being noticed by big brands around the world. We knew Jerome was going to be heavily involved in the marketing efforts of Zoolander 2, but we didn’t expect to even see him featured in the movie! Here are some of the promotional materials he worked on with Paramount Pictures as Zoolander 2 was nearing the release date earlier this month.
Jarre, who claims to have been homeless when he made his first 200 Vines, said he turned down a contract worth a million dollars from a New York advertising agency last year. Like many Viners who rose to popularity in 2013/4 he now concentrates his efforts on Facebook, where his page has 1.7 million likes, and Snapchat.
